Event Photography Rates

Professional event photography for conferences, lectures, galas, fundraisers, corporate events, nonprofit events, meetings, receptions, and other special events. Rates include on-site photography, professional editing, and delivery of high-resolution images through an online gallery.

STANDARD EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

$350 Per Hour / 2-hour minimum

The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of the images. Upon final payment, the Client receives a limited license to use the photographs for its own publicity and promotional purposes. Use of the photographs for paid advertising, commercial campaigns, resale, licensing, or other profit-generating purposes requires written permission from the Photographer and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.

EXTENDED LICENSING

$650 Per Hour / 2-hour minimum

For organizations that require broader usage rights and greater control over how the photographs may be used.The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of the images. Upon final payment, the Client receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the photographs for institutional, editorial, marketing, advertising, publicity, promotional, archival, and educational purposes, in any media now known or later developed.

The Client may reproduce, distribute, display, publish, modify, and otherwise use the photographs for these purposes without additional compensation to the Photographer. This license does not transfer copyright ownership to the Client. The Photographer retains the copyright and all rights not specifically granted above, as well as the right to use the photographs for portfolio, website, editorial, and other self-promotional purposes.

IMAGE DELIVERY

A selection of 24–36 edited photographs will be delivered within 24 hours of the event. The complete edited gallery will be delivered within 7 business days.

Need photographs sooner or during the event? For an additional editing fee, editing can be rushed or edited images can be delivered throughout the event for immediate use on social media, press, websites, and live event coverage.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

Events requiring a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the venue as an additional insured are subject to a $150 processing fee, which will be added to the final invoice.

TRAVEL

No travel fees for events within 90 minutes of Albany / the Capital Region. Travel fees may apply for locations farther outside the Capital Region. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
