Pricing

We offer a flat-fee for covering your wedding day and delivering edited, high-resolution files via an online gallery where you can view, share, and download all your photos. 

Our goal is to make things as simple and transparent as possible for you. We hope all the information you need is presented clearly and is easy to find. If you have any questions, feel free to email us. 



2025 RATES

6 hours – $2150

8 hours – $2,650

10 hours – $3,250

ABOVE RATES INCLUDE:

- Consultation meeting prior to wedding day to discuss your vision. If scheduling allows, we can meet at the venue (and locations) and go over the details there.

- Candids and portraits on your wedding day.

- Unlimited locations. 

- 600 to 800 edited photos delivered via an online gallery for easy down load, storage and sharing.

- Personal printing rights to all delivered images.  

- Travel/Transportation expenses*

You can order prints and create albums right from the gallery. You can also download everything and make your own prints and albums. You get high resolution photos. No watermarks.

ADD ONS

- Engagement Photoshoot +$450

- Engagement Reception (4 hours) +$1450

- Rehearsal Dinner (4 hours) +$1450

- Additional Photographer (6 hours) +$700

- Additional Photographer (8 hours) +$900

ALBUMS AND PRINTS

Albums and prints can be purchased after your event through the online gallery. You can also download all your files and create your own using the photo finisher and album maker of your choice.

PAYMENT TERMS

A 40 percent deposit will be required to save your date with us. Balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.

We accept many forms of payment including checks, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and major credit cards. 

OFF SEASON DISCOUNT

Discount is available for weddings taking place during December, January, February, and March.

TRAVEL EXPENSES*

We will cover events within a two hour drive of Saratoga Springs, NY at no additional cost. For locations beyond this range or those requiring air travel, please contact us for a quote.

LOCAL VENUE DISCOUNT

We offer special pricing if your event is at one of several local venues. The list includes: Hall Of Springs, Glen Sanders Mansion, The Sagamore, Queensbury Hotel, The Inn At Erlowest, Fort William Henry Hotel, The Adelphi Hotel, and Canfield Casino. Just write for more details.
