After the event, you’ll receive beautifully edited, high-resolution images in an online gallery that makes viewing, sharing, and downloading effortless. The photos are fully yours—you can print them through our service or with any lab you prefer.

6 Hours — $2.450

Ideal for smaller weddings, shorter timelines, and couples who want coverage of the most important moments without extensive reception coverage.

8 Hours — $3,050

My most popular option. Includes a complimentary engagement session and enough coverage for getting ready, portraits, ceremony, cocktail hour, and much of the reception.

8 Hours + Second Photographer — $3,950

For larger weddings or couples who want the most complete coverage possible. Includes an engagement session plus a second photographer for additional angles, guest coverage, and simultaneous coverage of both partners getting ready.

8 Hours + Second Photographer + Medium Format Film — $4,950

For couples who want the complete wedding day experience along with the timeless look of medium-format film. Includes everything in the 8-Hour + Second Photographer Collection, plus a selection of images photographed on professional 120 medium-format film and professionally scanned at high resolution. You will also receive the original film negatives, allowing you to create authentic hand-printed silver gelatin black-and-white enlargements from the original negatives at any time in the future. The perfect choice for couples who appreciate fine art photography, rich tonal range, archival materials, and the unique character that only film can provide.

Rates listed above include travel and transportation expenses for locations within four hours roundtrip of Saratoga Springs, NY. This includes parts of Vermont, western Massachusetts, the Hudson Valley, and central New York. For locations beyond that range, please reach out for additional details.

LOCAL VENUE DISCOUNT

We offer special pricing when your event is held at select local venues in the Albany, Saratoga Springs, or Lake George area. ONE PHOTOGRAPHER OR TWO?

Many couples ask if they really need two photographers. From my experience, for most weddings under 150 guests in a single location, solo coverage is more than enough and helps keep the day feeling natural and candid, without multiple people moving around with cameras. For larger weddings or when preparations are happening in separate locations, I am happy to bring in a trusted second photographer. Many couples book one photographer initially to secure the date, and as the wedding gets closer and we have a clearer sense of the timeline, guest count, and budget, a second photographer can always be added later.

ALBUMS AND PRINTS

Albums and prints can be purchased after your event through the online gallery. You can also download all your files and create your own using the photo finisher and album maker of your choice.

PAYMENT  TERMS

A 40 percent deposit will be required to save your date with us. Balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.
